By accessing or using CulturesCelebration.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Platform is operated by Immigrants Alliance (producer of the International Cultures Celebration) and the International Cultures Mission (sponsoring nonprofit), together with their authorized partners.

Permitted Use

You may use this Platform to explore the International Cultures Celebration ecosystem, submit legitimate applications and inquiries, participate in Public Voting, register as a Passport to the World traveler participant, and access informational content.

Prohibited Use

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent applications or inquiries
• Attempting to manipulate Public Voting through automated, fraudulent, or duplicate submissions
• Scraping, harvesting, or unauthorized collection of data from the Platform
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonating government officials, institutional representatives, or other individuals

Applications and Inquiries

Submission of a city application, organization registration, sponsor inquiry, or government inquiry does not guarantee participation, selection, or approval. All applications are subject to review, qualification assessment, and final approval by authorized parties of the International Cultures Celebration.

Public Voting

Public Voting through this Platform is subject to the Public Voting Rules. Votes are subject to verification and may be invalidated if found to be fraudulent or in violation of voting rules. Public vote totals are for informational purposes only. Final city recognition remains subject to qualification review and official national approval.

Intellectual Property, Program Format & Use Restrictions

The International Cultures Celebration, Passport to the World, City Showcase Competition, S.E.E.D. participation structure, program format, event sequence, application framework, pavilion model, public voting process, sponsorship structure, participation materials, written content, visual presentation, forms, names, slogans, program descriptions, and related operating methods are proprietary creative and organizational assets of the International Cultures Celebration ecosystem and its authorized producing and participating entities.

All rights are reserved. No person, organization, sponsor, government partner, applicant, contractor, vendor, or third party may copy, reproduce, adapt, operate, sell, license, rebrand, imitate, or create a confusingly similar version of the Celebration, Passport to the World, S.E.E.D. structure, City Showcase model, or related program formats without written authorization.

Protected names and marks include but are not limited to: "International Cultures Celebration," "Cultures Celebration," "Passport to the World," "City Showcase Competition," "Mundus S.E.E.D.," "S.E.E.D.," "MundusPASS," "Mundus.Center," "International Cultures Mission," "Country Star," "Star of Harmony Award," and related program names, slogans, and operating structures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immigrants Alliance, the International Cultures Mission, and their authorized partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Platform. All information is provided "as is" without warranty.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
