How Nations Submit Star of Harmony Nominations
Each participating nation may submit up to five Star of Harmony Awards nominations as part of its National Participation Application.
For each nominee, the National Participation Application collects:
- ✓Full name
- ✓Nation / city
- ✓Title / organization
- ✓Full contact information (email & telephone)
- ✓Reason for nomination
- ✓What makes the nominee unique
- ✓Why the nominee should receive the Award
- ✓Curriculum Vitae / biography

Who is honored at the Star of Harmony Awards?
Bridge-builders, cultural leaders, artists, institutions, educators, diplomats, public servants, and community leaders whose work advances intercultural understanding, immigrant dignity, human rights, peace, education, and positive relations among peoples.
How are recipients selected?
Each participating nation may submit up to five Star of Harmony Awards nominations as part of its National Participation Application. Nominations include the full name, nation/city, title/organization, contact information, reason for nomination, what makes the nominee unique, why they should receive the Award, and a Curriculum Vitae / biography. The Committee reviews and confirms recipients.
When and where is the Awards Dinner held?
During the International Cultures Celebration week (June 5–12, 2027), at a designated NYC venue. Confirmed details will be shared with participating nations and confirmed recipients.
How does nomination work?
Submit nominations inside the National Participation Application. There is no separate Awards application form. Each nation may submit up to five nominees.
