International Cultures–Immigrants Parade Organization Application
Complete application reflecting the 2025 Parade Participation Agreement, carried forward to 2026. For organizations coordinating a national, immigrant, diaspora, cultural, Indigenous/native, civic, school, youth, faith-based, sports, soccer/fútbol, music, dance, folklore, business, or community contingent in the Parade. Separate from the National Participation Application.
This is a separate pathway from the National Participation Application. The National Participation Application is for nations and cities participating in the broader International Cultures Celebration. The Parade Organization Application is for the organization, association, federation, school, club, or committee coordinating a Parade contingent. Both applications can exist for the same nation or community.
1. Organization Information

2. Coordinating Organization Recognition
Recognition request, contingent identity, and Immigrants Alliance member status.
3. Required Organization Documents
Required follow-up documents. File upload is collected after preliminary review — please indicate availability now.
Any context about document availability, language, or timing.
Required follow-up documents. After preliminary review, approved organizations will be asked to provide: organization bylaws, latest resolution naming elected officers, authorization letter (if applicable), and liability insurance certificate. You may indicate above which documents are available now and which will be provided as follow-up.
4. Organization President / Principal Officer
The elected president or principal officer of the organization.
Typed name constitutes electronic signature.
5. Main Parade Coordinator
The primary day-to-day Parade coordinator for the organization. (May be the same as the president, or a designated coordinator.)
6. Parade Contingent Information
Tell us about the contingent you are proposing to bring to the Parade.
7. Contingent Totals
Best estimates. Final numbers must match approved permits and Parade flow.
8. List of Participating Organizations
All organizations within the contingent, with representative, marshal, and equipment details.
For each organization include: name, state/region represented, official representative, cell phone, email, organization marshal, state/region represented by marshal, # of floats, # of performing groups, # of bands, # of trucks with props/sound, # of open cars, # of cars. One organization per block. A structured form for repeatable entries will be provided after preliminary review.
9. Vehicle Participation Sheet — Floats
Every float must be declared in advance.
For each float include: nation/culture represented, number of floats, float theme, sponsoring organization. One float per block.
10. Vehicle Participation Sheet — Motorcycles
Every motorcycle must be declared in advance.
For each motorcycle include: number of motorcycles, make, type, license plate number. One motorcycle per block.
11. Vehicle Participation Sheet — Cars
Every car must be declared in advance.
For each car include: number of cars, make, type, license plate number. One car per block.
Important: Only cars and motorcycles officially registered and approved by Immigrants Alliance / International Cultures–Immigrants Parade organizers will be allowed on the Parade route.
12. Coordination With Other Bodies
Other organizations, officials, and representation context.
Important. Selection or acceptance does not automatically grant exclusive national representation unless confirmed in writing by the Parade/Celebration organizers. Multiple organizations from the same nation or community may participate.
13. Liability Insurance & Indemnification
Required for all Parade contingents.
Indemnification. The organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Immigrants Alliance, Immigrants Foundation, International Cultures Mission, International Cultures Mission Center, International Cultures Celebration, the City of New York, and related sponsoring or producing entities from claims, judgments, personal injury, property damage, costs, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from Parade participation or activities connected with the NYC Parade permit.

15. Member / Non-Member Contribution
Economic Empowerment through S.E.E.D. — Sustainable Economic Empowerment & Development.
Member Organizations of Immigrants Alliance in good standing may participate free, subject to approval and compliance.
Non-Member Organizations may be asked to make a $5,000 contribution, subject to the current approved participation structure.
Non-members are warmly invited to apply for Immigrants Alliance membership and Economic Empowerment through S.E.E.D.
No guaranteed income. Participation may create fundraising, membership, sponsorship, merchant, and Passport to the World opportunities, but no income is guaranteed. Results depend on approval, implementation, outreach, compliance, and program rules.
